and carry them close to his heart, and shall gently lead those that are with young." Isaiah 40:11

God will Keep His Promises...

Abigail turned four about eight days after Rachel passed away.  We made this cake at my parents place.

Saw this Rainbow a few days ago, from our window....
What a beautiful reminder of God's faithfulness to us!

After my Pop died I saw the Aurora Boreas outside that night, I always think of him when I see one now. There is so much comfort in nature, because in nature we know that there is a God, who else could create a rainbow, and the dancing northern lights. Thinking of you all, everyday.

I just finished reading all your posts about the funeral - what an emotional roller coster you are on right now. Praying for you and wishing you some peace and quiet at the lake for the next 5 days.

wow - i had a lot of catching up to do! i remember seeing a rainbow on the way home from riverton. it will always make me think of rachel now. zey asks about her every day. he's really trying to grasp the concept of what it means for her to be gone. it's challenging. give your other babies hugs and kisses from their auntie please!

Hi Kendra & Dave,
I don't know if you remember me (Sandi's friend from Rosenort and I went to SBC with Dave)but we got together with Sandi last night and she spoke of the beautiful service you had for Rachel. My heart hurts for you and Dave in your loss. I pray that God will continue to give you strength.
