a year ago, we put up a little easter figure on our easter tree with rachel's name on it to begin to pray for her. another lenten season is here once again and we still have the paper figure and we've put up another tree. do you remember the picture i sent you (no worries if you don't :)). it feels significant to me that we have prayed for her for this year and God continues to bless your days with her love and her smiles. i can only imagine how hard the hard times are, but i rejoice with you over all the gifts and the life that has been given as well. we continue to lift you all to His throne of mercy.
