Dear Abby,
A faveorite memory I have of you is saying goodnight at the Flames House. You were wearing your soft pink pjs with blue oscar the grouches all over them. You just had a bath and smelled so sweet. You were shy with me, remember? You hid your face under your arm. But you weren't shy with Rachel - you had lots of smiles for her. I know that you loved being with her. I remember too how you loved to play...we loved to watch you play. Those pink and purple balls at the Flames House will always remind us of you Abby. We miss you.
"See" by Steven Curtis Chapman
Right now all I can taste are bitter tears
And right now all I can see are clouds of sorrow
But from the other side of all this pain
Is that you I hear, laughing loud and calling out to me?
Saying "See, it's everything you said that it would be,
And even better than you would believe.
And I'm counting down the days until you're here with me,
And finally, you'll see."

A beautiful tribute. So sad when a little one passes away....Definitely will be praying for her family.
Thank you Kendra and Dave for remembering our Sweet Abby..
I am soo completely devasted..
Its been a week tonight..
The longest week of my life..
I remember the night you remember too..
I remember the day, the early morning that I came out for my room at the Flames house and Abby and Racheal where laying side by side.. Abby had her hand on Racheal's arm, Racheal was smiling at Abby. The staff said they had been playing together since 5am.. They have such a special bond. I hope we can keep the bond we have develeoped..
Love you guys,
Jennifer
This is just way too sad.....L-lew
What a gorgeous little girl! I sure hope that her families are filled with many special memories like the one of the girls together. I pray that those special memories will fill their hearts with love and that they will be able to focus on lots of good times. I read a blog the other day of a mom who is right in the middle of the storm and she said "I am to weak to cling to God right now, but I know He is holding on to me tightly and will not let me go." Isn't that so true? He will hold us, even when we have no strength left to hold him.
